Constructed for durability and reliability, our upblast exhaust ventilators are available in both centrifugal belt-driven and direct-driven configurations. The motor compartment is fabricated from heavy-gauge aluminum and mounted on an independent support structure for enhanced stability. An outer shroud with a rolled bead provides added strength and rigidity.

At the heart of the unit is a centrifugally designed, non-sparking wheel and spun inlet venturi assembly. For optimal aerodynamic performance, quiet operation, and high efficiency, the wheel features backward inclined median airfoil blades and is precision-overlapped with the inlet venturi. Each wheel is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, vibration-free rotation even under maximum load conditions.The complete drive assembly, including the motor and wheel, is mounted on vibration isolators to minimize operational noise and stress. All motors and drives are factory-mounted and aligned. Prior to shipment, every fan undergoes a comprehensive test run to guarantee performance and readiness for installation.
