Project Overview: On-site HVAC Modernization for Russian Cargo Vessel at Dalian Port

Keruite Group successfully completed a comprehensive on-site upgrade and retrofit project for the aging air conditioning (HVAC) system aboard a Russian maritime cargo vessel while the ship was docked at the Port of Dalian, Liaoning, China.

Background & Challenge:
The vessel’s existing HVAC system was experiencing decreased efficiency, unreliable cooling performance, and rising maintenance demands, which impacted crew comfort and operational readiness. The key challenge was to execute a full system modernization within a strict docking schedule at Dalian port, requiring precise planning and seamless on-site execution to avoid costly delays for the ship owner.
