The ST series steam heating air curtain is
a high-efficiency, large-heat-output air barrier equipment, which uses industrial steam (saturated steam) as the
heat source. It integrates steam heat exchange and air supply functions, forming a dense and warm air curtain at
the doorway to effectively isolate indoor and outdoor cold-hot air exchange, quickly supplement indoor heat,
prevent dust, insects and harmful gases from entering, and reduce energy consumption. It is widely used in
industrial workshops, large commercial venues, hospitals, and other places equipped with a central steam supply
system.

- Model Interpretation: ST = Steam Heating Series; 12/15 = Impeller
Diameter (120mm / 150mm); 12/15/18/20 = Body Length (1200/1500/1800/2000mm); T = Top-mounted (Standard); D =
Heavy-duty (Large Air Volume & Steam Consumption)
- Steam Requirement: The recommended steam pressure is 0.3-0.6MPa, and the
steam temperature is 130-160℃. It is recommended to install a steam filter and pressure regulating valve at
the inlet to ensure stable steam supply and prevent pipeline blockage.
- Selection Principle: The body length should be 10-20cm longer than the
door width; for door height ≤ 3m, choose 12 series; for door height 3-4.5m, choose 15 series heavy-duty
model; for places with large temperature difference or high heat demand, prioritize models with large steam
consumption and heat exchange area.
- Safety & Maintenance: Regularly check the steam pipeline, heat
exchanger, and pressure relief valve to ensure no steam leakage; clean the heat exchanger and filter screen
regularly to maintain heat exchange efficiency; drain the internal condensate in winter when not in use to
prevent freezing and cracking of the heat exchanger.
