- Model Interpretation: VT = Vertical Series; 08/10/12 = Impeller Diameter (80mm / 100mm / 120mm); 18/20/22/25 = Overall Height (1800/2000/2200/2500mm); the height of the air curtain should be consistent with the door height (±5cm) for optimal isolation effect.
- Installation Notes: Install vertically on both sides of the doorway, ensuring that the air outlet is aligned with the top of the door; leave 10-15cm space between the air curtain and the door to avoid airflow obstruction; the floor-standing model needs to be fixed with expansion screws to prevent tipping.
- Selection Principle: For door width ≤ 1.5m, choose single vertical air curtain; for door width 1.5-2.5m, choose two vertical air curtains (installed on both sides); for noise-sensitive scenarios (such as restaurants, offices), choose 08/10 series (noise ≤ 56dB(A)).
- Maintenance Tips: Clean the filter screen every 1-2 months to ensure air volume and ventilation effect; check the motor and fan regularly to avoid abnormal operation; keep the surface of the air curtain clean to prevent rust and corrosion.
