Product Overview of Roof Ventilator

1.1 Type DWT-I Axial Flow Roof Ventilator

The blade design principle of Type DWT-I axial flow roof ventilator is the same as that of Type DZ axial flow ventilator. It adopts wide-blade, large-chord-length spatial twisted and inclined blades, which can achieve the required air volume and static pressure at low speed, thereby reducing ventilator noise.

1.2 Specifications & Speed Regulation

  • Impeller Diameter & Performance: The ventilator is available in 17 specifications with impeller diameters ranging from 300 mm to 2400 mm. The air volume ranges from 1500 m³/h to 200,000 m³/h, and the total pressure ranges from 60 Pa to 320 Pa. For ventilators with a model number of 12# or above, the blades can be designed with adjustable angles to meet the needs of different working conditions and achieve energy conservation and noise reduction.
  • Speed Regulation Modes:
    • Single-speed
    • Dual-speed
    • Variable-frequency (The ventilator motor adopts a variable-frequency motor, equipped with a variable-frequency controller for variable-frequency speed regulation to adapt to different working conditions. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25 Hz and 50 Hz.)
  • Explosion-Proof Type: To meet the needs of explosive environments, the ventilator can be manufactured as an explosion-proof type with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4.

1.3 Optional Configurations

According to user requirements, the ventilator can be equipped with manual or electric control dampers, self-closing shutters, etc.

Operating Conditions

  • Operating Temperature: -20℃ ~ +45℃
  • Humidity: ≤ 99%
  • Medium Conditions:
    • Regular Type: Non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive gas (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³)
    • Explosion-Proof Type: Non-corrosive gas containing flammable and explosive substances (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³)
    • Anti-Corrosion Type: Corrosive gas (no dust)
  • Power Supply: Three-phase 380V/50Hz

Applications

The ventilator can be widely used for medium-low pressure and large air volume ventilation in high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, power stations, stations, gymnasiums, etc.

Processing Technology

Ventilator Impeller

  • Fixed-Angle Roof Ventilator: The impeller cross frame is made of steel through stamping and hydraulic forming; the blades are made of aluminum alloy through stamping and hydraulic forming, and then riveted to the cross frame for assembly.
  • Adjustable-Angle Roof Ventilator: The impeller cross frame is made of aluminum alloy through die-casting; the blades are made of aluminum alloy through stamping and hydraulic forming.
  • All impellers undergo static and dynamic balance calibration, with a balance accuracy of not lower than Grade G5.6.

Ventilator Casing & Wind Cap

  • Steel Roof Ventilator: The casing is formed by integral spinning and flanging.
  • FRP Roof Ventilator: Both the casing and wind cap are formed by one-time FRP molding.
