The 9-19 centrifugal fan is a type of centrifugal fan, working on the same principle as other centrifugal fans. It is widely used for material conveying, characterized by small flow rate, high wind pressure, and excellent air extraction and supply effects. Most manufacturers in the market produce two series, Type A and Type D. Type A adopts direct motor drive, while Type D uses coupling drive.
It is generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation and air extraction in industries such as spraying, electroplating, radio, battery, and glass manufacturing. It can also be widely used for material and gas conveying.
- Medium Requirements: The conveyed medium should be non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive, free of viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m³.
- Medium Temperature: Generally not exceeding 50℃ (maximum not exceeding 80℃).
- The 9-19 centrifugal fan is single-inlet with a forward-curved impeller.
- Depending on the rotation direction of the impeller, the fan can be made in two rotation directions, right-hand and left-hand. Viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is a right-hand fan, denoted as "Right"; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is a left-hand fan, denoted as "Left".
- The outlet angle of the 9-19 centrifugal fan can be made into 6 angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. The standard products in China are 0°, 45°, and 90°, and other angles can be made according to user needs.
- The 9-19 centrifugal fan has two transmission modes, A and D:
- Type A: Direct motor drive, with a compact structure and simple maintenance. Machine numbers 3.5~6.3# adopt this transmission mode.
- Type D: Coupling drive, with an integrated structure: the fan, transmission group, and motor are all assembled on the same rigid base, which reduces the installation difficulty for customers and greatly shortens the on-site installation and commissioning period. Machine numbers 7.1# and above adopt this transmission mode.
