Composition

The fan mainly consists of a casing, impeller, stationary vane support, and marine explosion-proof motor.

Suitable for conveying flammable and explosive gases of Group B (T1~T4) and Group C (T1~T5) on ships, naval vessels, and oil platforms.

Component Details

1. Casing

  • Structure: Cylindrical type.
  • Inside the casing, spark-proof copper rings are arranged around the impeller rotation area to achieve explosion-proof performance.
  • Functions: Collects gas, guides gas flow to improve the fan’s internal efficiency, supports the motor, and protects the impeller during operation.

2. Impeller

  • Structure: Airfoil-shaped blades.
  • Material: ZL104 cast aluminum alloy.
  • Undergoes strict dynamic balance calibration and overspeed testing.

3. Stationary Vane Support

  • Functions: Connects the motor to the casing.
  • The stationary vanes adopt a twisted blade guide vane structure, which collects the gas discharged from the impeller and converts part of its kinetic energy into pressure energy.

4. Marine Explosion-Proof Motor

  • Performance: Good moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and salt spray resistance; stable operation and low noise.
  • Structure: Enclosed three-phase AC squirrel-cage rotor induction motor. Prevents dust, iron filings, or other debris from entering the motor interior, suitable for harsh marine environments.
  • Working Principle: Alternating electric field generates an alternating magnetic field through the coil; changes in magnetic flux generate magnetic force in the rotor winding, driving the rotor to rotate and converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.
  • Explosion-Proof Standard: Manufactured as flameproof type in accordance with GB3836.1-2010 Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment and GB3836.2-2010 Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures "d".
  • Optional Accessory: Space heater (on request).
